even though it is not the bus company I use that has non driving drivers.
There are some routes of the company I use that overlap so there are more people getting on and off.
Indeed my first (and last) bus has been upgraded to a double decker.
So the timetable once again becomes less of a guide and more like wishful thinking.
But at least there is a bus.
Some routes have no overlap and people are struggling.
I heard a rather disturbing report that some taxi drivers working on the supply and demand principal...they being in short supply are demanding double time on fares!
Not sure that is at all reasonable.
